Position Description
Extension is looking for an entry level Accounting grad for a good client. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fun environment and truly add value to the company! We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with ideally some intern work in an accounting department.
Position -
- journal entries
- account reconciliations
- assisting with month-end close
- provide assistance to Senior Accountant(s) and the Accounting Manager
- special accounting projects
- sales and use tax
- fixed assets
- accounts payables and accounts receivables
Profile of candidate -
- Bachelors in Accounting REQUIRED
- Outgoing personality; easy to get along
- Career minded individuals
- previous experience in an Accounting department (maybe an internship)
- 0-2 years Accounting experience
- willing to work extra hours to get the job done
